These regulations apply to all events held at the City of Manchester Stadium. You can also request a copy from the Box Office by emailing tickets@mcfc.co.uk or calling 0870 062 1894 (option 2).

1. Access cards  and all other forms of officially issued ticket are issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The FA Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Manchester City Football Club Stadium Regulations.

2. No person may bring into the Stadium or use within the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or the Stadium.

3. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium provided that they are for personal and private use only.
4. Supporters are asked not to persistently stand during games. The Core Cities Group, Premier League and Football Licensing Authority have indicated they will take action against clubs whose supporters persistently stand.

During any events at the Stadium any member of the audience ‘crowd surfing’ or ‘moshing’ and causing danger or nuisance to other members of the audience will be ejected.

5. The Club and the Police have a zero-tolerance approach to racist behaviour inside the Stadium and offenders will be prosecuted.

6. The use of access cards or other form of officially issued ticket to enter the Stadium constitutes acceptance of such rules and regulations and the Stadium Regulations. Manchester City Football Club reserves the right to eject any person who fails to comply with such rules and regulations.

7. It is a condition of entry to the Stadium that the holder agrees to remain in the Stadium after the game has ended, if requested. This would be for safety reasons. You will be kept informed via the public address system.

8. Manchester City reserves the right to relocate any Seasoncard seats for operational reasons.

9. Any lost or stolen Seasoncards will be replaced at a cost of £10 per Seasoncard.

For cup games you may be allocated a different seat to the one you normally occupy e.g. where the away team takes a large allocation in the South Stand or where level 3 is closed for operational reasons.

10. Smoking is not permitted in the City of Manchester Stadium and all areas of SportCity.  This includes toilets, spiral stairwells, concourses, seats and all hospitality areas including atriums.  Anyone who does smoke in the Stadium faces ejection and a possible ban.
