How do I track my order?
All parcels are given a Tracking Number and these are available after the parcel has been despatched. This is emailed to you or can be given to you if you contact the Retail Customer Service Team. If your order is being delivered within the UK your order will be sent by courier service City Link. City Link parcels will begin with parcel number ARA. You can track this yourself by visiting www.city-link.com. If you wish to re-route your parcel or have an enquiry regarding delivery then please telephone 0161 443 1741. If your order is being delivered overseas this will be sent by courier service Royal Mail. Royal Mail parcels will begin with an R and ends in GB. To track a parcel sent by Royal Mail please visit www.royalmail.co.uk. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hrs before your parcel appears on the web site. Alternatively you can contact Retail Customer Services who will be happy to track this for you and advise you of the progress of your order.
How long do I have to wait for an overseas delivery?
If you are an overseas customer (Europe/Rest of the Word) please remember to allow 28 days for delivery of the parcel. Once the parcel leaves the UK this is no longer in the hands of Royal Mail, the parcel is then passed over to your countries postal service to be dealt with. What normally happens is the postal service may try and deliver the parcel and have had no response. If this happens and no one can sign for the goods the parcel will be sent to the local holding office, a message should have been left or sent to the recipient to explain the situation and to ask you to collect the parcel at your earliest convenience.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
We aim to deliver all UK parcels within 7 days or sooner. All UK parcels are sent by Special Delivery or City Link and are fully insured.
What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered
City Link and Royal Mail Special Delivery require a signature on delivery. In the event of there being no reply from the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing where you should collect the item from (usually your local delivery office). Royal Mail holds all items for 3 weeks, if they are not collected within this time the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, we will contact you by phone, email or letter to discuss the matter further.
