City’s under 18s extended their unbeaten run in the Barclays Under-18 Premier League, narrowly defeating Leicester 1-0 at Platt Lane.
Bersant Celina’s last-minute winner was enough to secure victory over the Foxes, and it was fully deserved as the Blues had dominated much of the game.
City made just one change from the side that beat Stoke on Wednesday, as Billy O’Brien replaced Angus Gunn in goal.
The Blues started the brighter of the two sides, but struggled to create any real chances. Kean Bryan and Sam Jones had City's best efforts of the half, but both shots flew over the crossbar.Read full match report
