City u18s extended their winning streak to an astounding 12 games with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Sunderland.

Kean Bryan and Bersant Celina were on target for the young Blues, who are on a stunning run of form and are now unbeaten since September.

City began the game five points clear at the top of the u18 Premier League, and were looking to do the double over the Black Cats in the league after running out 2-0 victors when the two sides met at the Academy of Light in August.

Jason Wilcox made three changes from the side that despatched Hereford United in the FA Youth Cup. With injuries starting to hit the squad, there was an unfamiliar look to the back line with Ashley Smith-Brown partnering Nathaniel Oseni in the centre of defence.
