City in the City, in association with Henley, is back for the 2015/16 season, this time even bigger and better.
With the Premier League season in full swing, we are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Henley Investments who proudly sponsor our series of unique behind-the-scenes events, and with Virgin Trains as the official travel provider, we are bringing you closer to the club you love.
Launched last season, City in the City offers fans from across the country, and particularly Blues based in the south, with the opportunity to engage with the Club in the nation’s capital.
Guests to our matchday and non-matchday events can once again expect a behind-the-scenes insight into how the Club is run, as told by those responsible for success, on and off the pitch.
Previous guest speakers have included City Football Services Managing Director Brian Marwood, previous Chief Commercial Officer and now President of New York City FC, Tom Glick, not to mention a Q&A with manager Manuel Pellegrini and Club captain Vincent Kompany.
This season, we will again hold a series of events prior matches against Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as a London golf day, a gala event and a few new initiatives along the way.
So whether you live in the south, or travel down from the North to support Pellegrini’s men, staying engaged with City is easier and more exciting than ever before.
Virgin Trains are offering devoted Manchester City fans travel discounts along their extensive West Coast network.
Savings include an exclusive 25% discount on Advance Off-Peak fares for all MCFC Cityzens members across the country. City fans based in London and the South East will be able to take advantage of 25% off First Class travel from London to Manchester on matchdays.
