Free CITC Workshops at Eurocultured festival

CITC’s Getting Manchester Moving project has teamed up with Spearfish to deliver a series of workshops at the Eurocultured festival on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st May.
The free workshops will give the audience, in particular children and young people, the opportunity to have a go at some of the art forms showcased at the festival. The festival runs from 1pm on both days and is situated near Oxford Rd train station in Manchester City Centre.
Try out some fun and exciting dance workshops including break-dance and flamenco.

Have a go at designing a European mascot for the World Cup.
Art on Perspex - work with illustrators to create your own European World Cup mascot design on clear acrylic with Posca pens and take it away with you. The winning designer will receive 2 tickets to an MCFC game next season.
Free taster workshops will be on offer throughout the day in various venues, please visit the information desk at the festival to find out which activity is taking place, where and the timetable.

The Eurocultured festival aims are to celebrate the diversity of European culture in city centre locations and to showcase the best live art, dance, performance and music that our continent has to offer. Big names are placed alongside the next big thing and traditional culture is programmed alongside contemporary and cutting edge works. Entry to the festival is £5 per day for adults, under 16’s are free.
