Gorton Park is where it's all happening on August 7, so mark the date in your diary now!

"Gorton Connected", a joint partnership between City in the Community and Gorton People Stronger Together - along with Manchester City Council and the Friends of Gorton Park - will be a fun day out for all the family.

The day will see a wide range of activities for all ages available, including a Segway race track, Army assault course, skateboarding workshops, a football freestyler and much more.

Unity FM will also be there with their tour bus to offer exciting DJ workshops while also providing music for the Hyde Road event.

It's all free of charge and lasts from 11am - 3pm. Don't miss out!
