Four days to go and we are on course to set a new record for an opening day attendance at the City of Manchester Stadium.
And everyone who attends the game against Wolves is sure of an extra special Blues welcome.
The club is determined to make the start of the new home campaign a memorable one for all concerned so setting the tone for the rest of the season.
The stadium has been spruced up during the summer and we are determined to capture the excitement and anticipation surrounding our great club.
We will be extending a welcome to new and old supporters, our new players, to our new partners Etihad and Umbro, to Wolves who are back in the Premier League after a long absence and to our special VIPs
The first game of this season should be like no-other and we aim to make it memorable so bring along the flags and the inflatables.
Our purpose is to make a statement that the CoMS is unrivalled within the Premier League and beyond for delivering the best match-day experience
To mark the occasion we are producing a ‘Welcome to Manchester’ flag and the PA and Matchday screens will be ‘Welcome’ focused.
The last few remaining seats for the game are on sale now so don’t miss out!
The club would like to say thanks to Liam (pictured) for designing such a great poster and his dad Stephen for letting us use the photo. He's also famous on City forum Bluemoon, too - http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=135057
