Following a tremendous response on the official MCFC Facebook page, we’re delighted to announce the winner of the first Umbro Playlist competition of the season.

Alex Ellis chose ‘Supersonic’ by Oasis, ‘Club Foot’ by Kasabian and ‘Seven Nation Army’ by The White Stripes and his chosen tracks will be played at tomorrow’s game against Wolves.

We’d like to give a huge thanks to everyone who entered and have had a great time looking through the submissions. Some choices that made us laugh included Nick Small suggesting the Superman Theme Tune, Steven Michael McDonald suggesting the soundtrack from Dallas and Chris Mcfc Lloyd's ‘Bittersweet Symphony’ by Oasis! (I think you will find The Verve sang that one Chris!)
