Playlist for Fulham announced

Inspired by Fulham's short but sweet name, the theme for this week¹s Umbro Playlist was one word song titles, a category that offers a massive range of tracks to choose from.

Perhaps having so much choice confused some people, such as Brandon Thompson who submitted Arctic Monkeys' ‘I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor’, or Sam Jones who suggested Oasis' ‘Shock Of The Lightning’, neither of which are one word songs no matter how you look at it!

There were plenty of good suggestions however, with Craig Hoy's choices standing out. His three songs are all single-word titles, but there are also some clever reasons behind each choice. Muse's ‘Uprising’ was picked because of its stirring lyrics, Green Day's ‘Holiday’ suggests how it feels at City right now, and Aerosmith's ‘Crazy’ was chosen because it sums up what you must be to follow the club for forty years and counting! Well done to Craig who receives tickets for this Sunday's game and gets to hear his selection of songs played at the match!

The next Umbro Playlist arrives soon, with City taking on Scunthorpe in the Carling Cup this Wednesday, October 28th. As it's coming up to Halloween, we'd like you to get your thinking caps on and suggest your three favourite SCARY SONGS - whether it's the title, the lyrics or the music, we want to know the songs that go bump in the night. As ever, submit your suggestions on the City facebook page. Good luck!
