New season - new club magazine

The City Magazine - as it was - is no more and we begin ManC with Issue 1 on August 4.

Packed with new features and a brand new opening section, ‘ManC Way’, the completely redesigned mag is packed with new, exclusive features and has no less than NINE exclusive player features.

We’ve increased the pagination from 68 to 100 pages, so essentially there is 33% more in ManC than there was in the old City Mag, though becoming bigger was inevitably more expensive.

We managed to keep the price the same for the best part of seven years so while we’ve gone up to £3.50, the hike is purely for production costs.

Virtually every feature is new and the interviews are longer and more substantial. This is a club magazine like no other - City fans have always loved their fashion, music and Mancunian culture and ManC captures the spirit of both the City and Manchester.

Issue 1 features David Silva, Emmanuel Adebayor, Noel Gallagher, Adam Johnson, Joleon Lescott, Kevin Cummins, The Stone Roses, Muse, Carlos Tevez, Gareth Barry, Top 30 Goals of all Time, James Poole, Gunnar Nielsen and exclusive behind-the scenes pictures from the US tour.

There is an extensive CD/DVD/X-box/Apps/Books reviews section and features such as Inside the Injury and Eat Like a Player, too.

There are loads of opportunities for readers to get involved – fancy pitting your wits against a City star in our Fan v Player quiz? Or how about being the guest on the I Predict a Riot panel, where you’ll take on Andy Morrison and Rodney Marsh?

ManC magazine hits the shelves this Wednesday and will be available around the Stadium at the open training session this Friday – don’t miss out – reserve your copy today.

Subscription details will be published on Wednesday.
