New Club Shuttle Service Announced

The club is delighted to announce the introduction of a new supporter service.
The Stadium Shuttle service offers those supporters who may need a little extra help walking to the Stadium, the opportunity of free transport from the North Car Parks to the City Store. The service utilises a six-seater electric golf buggy and will run every matchday from the bottom of Joe Mercer Way up to the City Store.
The service will operate from two hours before kick-off with the last shuttle departing 15 minutes before the start of the game. The buggy is fitted with seat belts, which must be used by everyone who uses the service.
Supporter Services Manager Keith Durham said “We piloted the shuttle service at the recent home game against Portsmouth and received some fantastic feedback from those supporters who took the opportunity to use it. More than 25 people used the service on the day and were delighted when we informed them that we intended to continue to operate it for the remainder of the season”.
There are no restrictions for those wishing to use the service but we would kindly request that during busy periods, supporters consider the needs of everyone to ensure the service runs as smoothly as possible.

In addition, for safety reasons, the service will only operate before the game. Please note that due to the limited capacity of the vehicle, the buggy will not be able to accommodate wheelchairs. Supporter Services staff will be in attendance at the departure point to assist supporters who need any help or support prior to boarding the vehicle.
