An emphatic win for the Blues and naturally some very positive fan reaction. Send yours into your.shout@mcfc.co.uk after the Stoke game on Saturday!

After two unexplainable and disappointing home draws, this was a great way to show the world what we're actually capable of.

Kartikeya Puri

What an absolutely tremendous display of possession football; passing, fluid movement and clinical finishing. To a man every single player was at the top of their game.

Lee, Manchester

An emphatic performance from City which bites back at the critics

Dan, Manchester.

The boys have yet again shown the results of playing as an unselfish and determined team. We need to be consistent against the smaller teams and take none for granted. Great job lads.

Dina Ayodele

Keep up the momentum and I am sure City will produce the same result this Saturday against Stoke.

Stephen Lee, Singapore.

Maradona had come to watch the match and both Captain Carlos and Zaba scored goals. Hope he comes to see all our games!

Rushil Ahuja, India

What an amazing performance! Game of the season so far and a brilliant team goal rounded off by Yaya.

Justin King

Today's display was simply outstanding! A great response from the players. They showed what we are capable of. We played like champions!

Mir, NYC

It's difficult to focus on any one aspect of that performance as there are so many things for us as fans to be happy about. Every single player put the effort in, our boys not only defended well but played with the style and verve we've been waiting for.

Michael Walsh

I love the fact that Mancini is our manager and the way he is building the structure of the team, safe in the back first, then develop a good passing game... then win matches! Unlike most of the British press I can stomach a few 0-0 draws now if it means our dynasty will be that much greater!
