"But for Fabianski, I think we still would have been able to score some goals and at least draw this match."
"A serious blow to go down to ten men so early, especially when we showed such great signs of life in the opening two minutes! The team showed courage, it was an unlucky result but it's time to look forward."
"The game was effectively over as a contest after just 300 seconds today as a result of Dedryk Boyata's red card, but why do Arsenal players, particularly Cesc Fabrigas, always have to crowd around and bully the referee into awarding a red card? It certainly worked for them today with Clattenburg giving Dedryk a straight red, when on another day with less pressure from the visiting team it could easily have merited just a yellow card."
"This never die spirit will help us build a great foundation and I bet Boyata must be really disappointed today. He is young and has a lot to learn and it’s a shame we couldn’t pay a special kind of tribute to Malcolm in the form of a win."
"Brave performance by the boys, would have been a different game with a full team for the whole game. Silva is really stepping-up. Great save by Hart to give us hope, and good to see Mario get a run. Hope Tevez is okay! A solid rest with no mid week game will get our minds back to keep challenging for the title."
