Raise the roof for Aris visit

  • Wed 23 Feb 2011, 4:04PM

City play host to Greek opposition for the first ever time when Aris Thessaloniki visit for the second leg of the Europa Cup tie, and there’s set to be a lively atmosphere in and around the ground.

The Blue Moon cafe in City Square will be serving up a delicious Greek burger as a special of the day, and will be accepting Euros on a one for £1 basis.

Kids can take pot-shots at the City in the Community inflatable goals with the “help” of Moonchester & Moonbeam, and the square will also play host to face painters and entertainers from the Family Stand.

There is set to be a decent turn-out from Aris’ supporters who are sure to make lots of noise, so the Blues will need your vocal backing to roar them into the last 16 of the Europa League. Tickets are priced at £17 for adults, £12 for concessions and it will be just a fiver for kids.
