City Promise Supporter Feedback

Launched in August, the City Promise is our club-wide customer service initiative aimed at making a visit to the City of Manchester Stadium the best experience in world football.
The five point Promise highlights our commitment to all visitors to any of the Club’s three sites at the City of Manchester Stadium, the Platt Lane Youth Academy and the Carrington Training Centre. The Promise has been designed to permeate through the entire organisation including the thousands of staff who are employed every matchday, such as stewards and catering staff.
Over the last 4 months, you’ve been providing us with some great feedback on what we’re doing right and what needs to be improved, via email and the online City Promise survey tool.
The majority of feedback relates to the following key themes:
- Catering – speed and standard of service
- Smoking – in the toilets
- Car parking and transport – entry, exit and bus provision
- Restrooms – upkeep on a match day, lack of paper towels and overflowing bins
Ticketing – absence of entrance information on Citycard/Accesscard seat details receipts
