Where would we be without the Heroes of ’99? It's an intriguing question as Roberto Mancini's star-studded squad chase football's top prizes from the heights of the Barclays Premier League.
Now there's a chance to honour the players who hauled City out of the third tier in that epic 98-99 season on a special night on March 24 hosted by the Variety Club, the children's charity.
For the first time since that unforgettable campaign under Joe Royle - and that famous Wembley play-off goal by Paul Dickov - the Blues team will be reunited at a unique dinner to celebrate their achievements.
This is your opportunity to share in a spectacular evening that will also feature VIP guests including Mark Halsey, the referee against Gillingham at Wembley, and former City manager Brian Horton among others.
The glittering occasion at the City of Manchester Stadium includes a three-course meal and the chance to purchase unique memorabilia from an exciting and vital period in the club’s history.
Tickets are limited so don’t delay. The silver ticket price is £65 and limited VIP platinum tickets are available. For more information please call the Variety Club on 0161 236 0500 or e-mail: varietyclubnw@btconnect.com
