Looking further ahead, the Old Trafford derby predictably moves to Sunday, 23 October with a 1.30pm start, and the game with Liverpool at Anfield switches to Sunday, 27 November at 4pm.

The full list of re-arranged matches is:

City v Swansea, Monday 15 August, 8pm; Bolton v City, Sunday 21 August, 4pm; Tottenham v City, Sunday 28 August, 1.30; City v Everton, Saturday 24 September, 12.45pm; City v Aston Villa, Sunday 16 October, 1.30 (subject to possible change as a result of the Champions League group stage draw).
