There's still time to snap up the cool T-shirt that won our recent Umbro competition - and now you could end up a winner too.

The winning design is in store now and we can reveal that anyone who buys a shirt - and everyone who already has - will now go into a special draw.

Lucky winners will receive one of the shirts worn by Joe Hart and Vincent Kompany pre-match against Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium.

All you need to do is buy a T-shirt and then fill out the entry form at the tills ... that’s it.

If you already have bought a shirt, and many of you have, just show us the receipt and you’ll be entered too.

Shoot for the Moon is a fundraising partnership between Manchester City and Sport Relief, and this T-shirt competition is the latest example of activity in which fans can get involved, raise cash and change lives as all the money raised through the sale of the T-shirts* will go to help vulnerable young people and families living in the Manchester area.
