Important Ticket Office and Supporter Services changes

We wish to advise all our supporters of some changes the club will be making regarding the opening hours of the Ticket Office and Supporter Services operation.

A growing number of our supporters are now using our online service (www.mcfc.co.uk/tickets) and telephone service (0161 444 1894, Option 1*) to enquire and purchase their match tickets. Both these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The increased use of these channels has seen a significant reduction in the number of supporters visiting the stadium in person or telephoning Supporter Services, particularly over the weekend.

As such, the Club will be closing the Ticket Office and Supporter Services operation on Sundays and Bank Holidays after Sunday 8th July – the last Sunday opening.

Supporters should kindly note that there will be no ‘in person’ ticket sales or Supporter Service telephone service on Sunday/Bank Holiday after this date, unless there is a scheduled home game taking place on that day.

For away games taking place on a Sunday/Bank Holiday, supporters needing assistance should telephone 0161 444 1894 (Option 1).

With effect from Monday 9th July, the Ticketing and Supporter Services operation will be open at the following times:

  • Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm. Closed Sunday and Bank Holiday (unless there is a scheduled home game).

 

Supporters are advised that this change does not affect the opening hours of the City Store (Stadium store and Arndale store) which will continue to open on Sunday/Bank Holiday.
