Celebrating the art of the moustache in football.
The 11th month of the year now sees thousands of men all over the world sporting facial shrubbery on the top lip for a good cause, namely to raise funds and awareness for men's health and in particular prostate cancer.
We delved into the archives for a very special photo gallery of City players who sported a bit of upper-lip topiary. In addition, several members of MCFC staff are currently growing 'taches although whether the world is quite ready to see the true horror of this is another matter.

Arguably one of the best uncapped players of his era, Paul gave yeoman service to City before winning the league title with Everton. Since retiring as a player he has returned to City to coach at the Platt Lane Academy.

Now we're in the early 1990s and goalkeeper Tony Coton makes a lone stand on the moustache front.
-
He was only here briefly, but David's famous 'tache was well to the fore.

Some might call this effort slight and wispy, but not me, Iron Nige can do what he likes!
