One of America’s best-known sports commentators will make his Premier League debut when City host Chelsea at The Etihad Stadium.

Gus Johnson - a household name in the States - has called play on various major sports including Major League soccer for over a decade.

It's thought the Detroit native will be the leading voice of the 2018 World Cup for Fox Sports and is currently in England as part of his preparation for that role.

He recently made his UEFA Champions League debut, providing match commentary for Real Madrid v Manchester United and Arsenal v Bayern Munich.
