Join the first team for the hottest event of the summer at City Live!

Don’t miss out on your chance to get up close and personal with your heroes at this unique awards show and season launch party, held in the heart of the city at Manchester Central.

On 8 August, the blue carpet will be well and truly rolled out as current stars, former players, and most importantly, fans, gather together to celebrate the start of the 2013/14 campaign after the long summer break.

Be among the first to see City’s newest players, when Stevan Jovetic, Jesus Navas, Fernandinho and Alvaro Negredo are presented to fans at the event.

New manager, Manuel Pellegrini, will also be answering your questions live on stage.

The star-studded bash also incorporates City's annual end-of-season awards night, which has always been a highlight of the Club’s calendar.

Jake Humphrey will be on hand to introduce the players, and the gongs to be handed out include Etihad Player of the Year, Goal of the Season and Young Player of the Year.

If you fancy getting on stage with the players yourself, check out our unique competitions to present an award, or win a trip to Melbourne with Etihad Airways.

To help everyone celebrate in style, we’ve also laid on live entertainment from the worlds of music and comedy.

NME-nominated rocker Miles Kane is headlining the evening, and you can enjoy a 30 minute set from lifelong Blue and funnyman, Jason Manford.

Commenting on the event,  Vincent Kompany, said: “Manchester City and music have always gone hand-in-hand.  It’s in the DNA of our fans and the very fabric of the football club."

"You only need to look around the Etihad Stadium on a match-day to regularly see musicians such as Noel and Liam Gallagher, Johnny Marr and Damon Gough to name just a few.

“City Live is an opportunity for all our fans to come together to not only recognise the players contributions, celebrate their passion for football and music, but also find out first-hand what’s in store for what will hopefully be an unforgettable season to come.”

...Kompany...

It all adds up to an unmissable event for any City fan.
