Manchester City are odds-on with Paddy Power to do the double over Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday (3pm) as they look to go 14 games undefeated on the road this season.
City scored for their 48th consecutive home match in the 2-1 win over West Ham last weekend to equal an 83-year-old record and are 3/4 with the online betting partner to collect another three points.
Sergio Aguero scored the opener against the Hammers and the Argentinean striker is 9/2 with Paddy Power to get the first goal against the Swans.
With Samir Nasri, James Milner, Yaya Toure and Carlos Tevez also hitting the net for City’s eight goals in their last four league games, Swansea’s defence could be in for a severe test as the visitors fine-tune their attacking options ahead of the FA Cup final.
Yaya Toure made sure of the points when he fired a left-footed drive to the top corner of the net last weekend and is 12/5 to score at anytime on Saturday.
The Citizens beat Swansea 1-0 at the Etihad earlier in the season with Carlos Tevez getting the winner in the 61st minute and a repeat of the scoreline is 6/1 with Paddy Power.
Tevez has scored 11 league goals this season and is 5/1 to strike first and 7/5 to score at anytime against the Capital One Cup winners.
City have won two of their last three away games in all competitions 2-1 and are 7/1 to come out on top against Brian Laudrup’s side by the odd goal in three or are 5/2 to win by exactly one goal.
Their defensive strength was highlighted when Pablo Zabaleta made the PFA’s Team of The Year as part of a City back four that conceded its first goal in five games across all competitions last weekend.
An earlier back spasm limited Joe Hart’s mobility to block Andy Carroll’s 93rd minute shot but the England keeper is 7/5 to keep a clean sheet against Swansea where City can be backed at 15/8 to win to nil with Paddy Power.
