A breath-taking mosaic will be unveiled by City fans on two levels of the East Stand tomorrow night so take your seats early and play your part.

There will be entertainment galore at the Etihad Stadium for City’s opening home game of the season with the showpiece being the spectacular mosaic designed by the 1894 supporters group, which will cover level 1 and level 2 of the East Stand.

Every supporter in the first two levels will have part of the mosaic to lift as the players come out so to make it look perfect, we need everyone to be in position as early as possible as the champions host Liverpool in front of a sell-out crowd.

There will also be a new champions flag unfurled before kick-off and with events galore taking place in and around the stadium, there will be an electric atmosphere for the opening home game of the campaign.

A Cityzens competition at half-time will be held to win hospitality for two people for next weekend’s home game with Stoke City and there is also a packed pre-match bill in City Square with a number of special guests dropping in.

So arrive as early as you can, take your seat in time for the players' arrival and make it a night to remember.
