All the best odds from Paddy Power ahead of City's Premier League clash with Hull...
Having recorded a 2-0 win over Hull at the Etihad Stadium back in August, the expectation from the odd-makers is for City to record a league double with a win at the KC Stadium this Saturday. The visitors are the 8/15 favourites to secure three points against a side which is on a run of four home league games without a win, recording one draw and three defeats.
City are unbeaten away from home in the Premier League since November - a run of seven games in which Manuel Pellegrini’s side have won five scoring 19 goals in the process, two more goals than Hull have scored at home in 14 league games.
Steve Bruce’s side don’t concede too many at the KC Stadium, enjoying the eighth best home defence in the league, although they were beaten 4-1 there by Newcastle just two weeks ago. Over 2.5 goals can be backed at 4/6, with the under priced at 11/10.
If he starts then Sergio Aguero will be the most popular choice in the goalscorer markets, with the Argentine priced at 3/1 to score first and 4/6 to score anytime. If he doesn’t start then Alvaro Negredo will see an increased number of bets on him to score first at 7/2 and to score anytime at 5/6. Negredo scored in City’s 2-0 win over Hull earlier in the season as did Yaya Toure, who is enjoying the most successful goalscoring season of his career with 17 goals in all competitions. The midfielder is 9/5 to score anytime in this game.
A repeat of the 2-0 result at the Etihad Stadium pays out a healthy 13/2. Add Negredo to score first into a scorecast and that price jumps to 18/1.
The visitors are a good price at 8/15 but if you’re looking to at least double your money on a single bet you can back Manchester City -1 goal at 6/4.
