Boys and girls aged 12-17 can learn what it takes to be a City player this summer.
Who could you become?
New for 2016, City Football Schools and CMT Learning Limited are joining forces to deliver the City Football Performance Programme, an intensive six day football program for boys and girls, aged 12-17, that will give participants a rare opportunity to experience life as a Manchester City player.
The City Football Performance Programme will provide a unique insight into how Manchester City’s players maximise their level of performance across all areas of the game.
Focusing on key subjects within the areas of Human Performance and Football Performance, players will gain a thorough understanding of what it is like to train and play at the highest level.
While taking part in the programme, participants will also experience life at the City Football Academy, Manchester City’s state-of-the-art training and youth development facility located in the heart of the Etihad Campus.
The programme is based at Denstone College, a school with top class football facilities, and will culminate in two days of intensive football activity at the City Football Academy, which is also home to Manchester City’s Men’s and Women’s first teams, the Elite Development Squad and the Academy.
The City Football Performance Programme has been designed to offer players a practical understanding of the Club’s philosophy, methodology and player management practices, all of which promote improved performance on and off the pitch, and result in a truly authentic City experience.
