The breakfast show DJs from XFM will be taking over the stage at City Square for the Blues’ home clash with Swansea.
Early morning risers Tim Cocker and Producer Jim will entertain fans with a range of music, fun and games!
Formerly a trio - made up of Jack O Connor, Jamie McCool and Howard Eastwood - Black Lights have now strengthened their live sound with the addition of bassist Jake Brown and John Hussey on drums.
The band, who are mostly still in their 20s, are creating a big buzz around Manchester and it’s not hard to see why.
Another band who are hot on the lips of the local music scene are ‘Rock ‘n’ Soul’ three-piece The Quangos.
With fans including Shaun and Bez from the Happy Mondays and Miles Kane, the lads are expected to put a massive dent in the music scene this year.
As if that isn’t enough, City in the Community will be operating a power chair football session and Pudsey the Bear will also be making a special appearance!
So make sure you get to the Etihad stadium to enjoy what’s going and get yourself ready to face The Swans!
