A host of City stars will be scattered across the globe for a series of competitive and friendly matches over the next week and a half.

The European contingent mostly start the campaign to qualify for the 2012 European Championships, but there is the odd friendly thrown in. David Silva could face Carlos Tevez and Pablo Zabaleta in Buenos Aires, while Roque Santa Cruz is also travelling to the other side of the world for Paraguay’s games against Japan & China.

Jerome Boateng will not feature for Germany in either of their 2012 qualifiers due to injury, while Mario Balotelli also misses due to injury out for Italy after earning a provisional call up for both the senior & U21 squads.
