City have won five and drawn one of the last six Premier League meetings between the clubs at the City of Manchester Stadium.

The Hammers have never won a game at the City of Manchester Stadium.

The Blues beat West Ham 3-1 at Upton Park earlier this season and will be looking to complete a first league double since the 2006/07 season.
