Make mine a treble! Sergio Aguero stole the headlines against Wigan with a clinically taken hat-trick.
Aguero's first is captured on the image above, but there was much, much more to tell in this one-sided affair.
Our match action gallery tells its own story, beginning with this stunning image of marauding right-back Micah Richards in full flow. The England defender almost opened his account for the season with a dinked shot that struck the underside of the crossbar in the first half.
Carlos Tevez could and should have doubled City's lead but scuffed his penalty that Al-Habsi in the Wigan goal easily saved.
With the score still at just 1-0, Samir Nasri was introduced into the fray - and it took him less than two minutes to set up goal No.2 for Aguero. From there on, the points were pretty much in the bag...
Nasri was first to congratulate his team-mate who must think he is in dreamland when he sees the France international and David Silva behind him, creating endless opportunities.
And it was the brilliant Silva who set up No.3. Look at Aguero's body shape - right up until the last second it looked as though he was going to put the ball to Al-Habsi's right and then he tucks it his to his left - genius.
"Where do I pick my match-ball up from?" As Nasri wrote on the ball later, "I'm sure it will be the first of many!" So are we...
