Fresh from being named in the PFA's Team Of The Year on Sunday evening, Joe Hart celebrated St.George's Day by helping to launch the new St.George Collection, tailored by Umbro

The new range will make up England's official kit and sportswear for this summer's UEFA EURO 2012 competition in Poland and Ukraine.

Ahead of the summer tournament that will see a host of City first team players taking part for their respective nations, Hart explains:
