Here are all the facts, figures and history regarding City's forthcoming clash with Leicester...

City are unbeaten in their last six visits to Leicester, winning three and drawing three – the last loss came in February 1988 and this will be the 14th meeting between the teams in the FA Cup – the only other team City have played that many times in this competition is Spurs .

City have lost just two of their 15 League Cup and FA Cup ties against the Foxes.

Leicester City won the first ever meeting between the two teams in 1895 by a score of 3-1.

Roberto Mancini played five league games for the Foxes in 2001 before leaving to manage Fiorentina.

Former City striker Darius Vassell has scored 59 league goals during his career in England and Turkey and never been on the losing side when he’s found the net.

City have only played twice at The Walkers Stadium since its 2002 opening – a 3-1 win in the FA Cup which ended a 14-match winless run for Kevin Keegan’s team and a 1-1 Premier League draw three months later.

Sven-Goran Eriksson has never managed a team against City – his last competitive game in charge ended with an 8-1 defeat at Middlesbrough

This will be the 104th meeting between City and the Foxes in all competitions – City have won 49 and Leicester just 27, with 27 ending in a draw.

During the 1957/58 season the teams went goal-crazy during the two Division One meetings – the Blues won 4-3 at Maine Road but newly-promoted Leicester won the return 8-4 at Filbert Street – a total of 19 goals in two games!

The Foxes have gone 24 games since their last 0-0 draw and won eight of the 17 games Eriksson had presided over.

Leicester have the fifth best home record in the Championship and currently stand four points off a play-off position.

The Foxes have lost just seven of their last 59 home league games – overall they have played 193 league games at The Walkers Stadium, winning 81, drawing 66 and losing 46 times.

Leicester have lost just two of their 10 Walkers Stadium FA Cup ties – they have played a total of 20 ties in all competitions, winning half of them.
