Seat Relocations

We want to ensure our supporters have the best possible matchday experience in the very best atmosphere and to help achieve this, we will be closing the third tier of the Colin Bell Stand for this fixture.

Much of the South Stand will also be unavailable for this fixture, due to the extended visitor’s allocation.

For supporters whose seasonal seat is located in Colin Bell Level 3 and are also registered on the League Cup Scheme; we already have your relocate preferences logged following our home tie against Aston Villa in the Capital One Cup, and where possible we will endeavour to provide you with the same seat for our upcoming fixture against Watford.

The closest alternative will be provided if the seat is not available.

Supporters who have joined the FA Cup Scheme only and whose seasonal seat is located in Colin Bell Level 3 will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium.

Those with a valid email address registered with the Club will be sent a communication allowing them to select a first and second choice alternative seat location.

Those without a valid email address registered with the Club will be allocated the best available seat, however they can relocate upon receipt of their seat confirmation by calling the dedicated FA Cup Scheme relocate number 0115 905 1201, open from 9am, Monday 10 December until 5:30pm, Friday 21 December.

To ensure supporters have the widest choice of available seats to relocate to, we recommend that supporters register a valid email address with the club to ensure we can contact you to capture your alternative seat preference.

This can be done by signing in to (or registering) your account online here.

It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the FA Cup Scheme on Levels 1 and 2 and whilst we will endeavour to allocate your first choice location, this may not be possible due to availability.

There may also be occasions where we are unable to fulfil both your first and second choice options. If this is the case, we will allocate you a seat as close to your preferred choice as we can.

All supporters on the FA Cup Scheme have their seats processed before we go on-sale to other supporters to ensure we can offer you the best available seats.

Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only.

The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller.

The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Supporters who wish to enquire and/or purchase hospitality for this game should telephone 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2) or email: sales@mcfc.co.uk.

Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from the City@Home reception located by Gate 11. Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.

Important Supporter Information

Visiting the Stadium

The stadium address for satellite navigation is:  Etihad Stadium, Manchester M11 3FF.

If you have not visited the Etihad Stadium before, we want you to enjoy the whole experience, and that starts with how to get here and where to park. To find out more click here for the stadium plan.

Supporters requiring a taxi after the final whistle are advised to make their way to Ashton New Road where taxis are located.

Due to road closures immediately after the game, taxis are unable to enter the Etihad Campus for at least one hour after the final whistle.

Those supporters wishing to travel in to Manchester City centre may board supporter buses which are also located on Ashton New Road opposite the South Stand.

Persistent Standing

To help continue improving the matchday experience for all supporters, we ask that you respect the club’s request to avoid persistent standing at all games.

This is one of our biggest sources of complaints from your fellow supporters in all sections of the stadium.

We wish to make our matchdays as enjoyable an experience as possible for all of our fans and, as such, we request that you and fellow supporters remain in your seat for the majority of the match.

Fans who breach these requests may be ejected from the stadium, and in some cases may have their membership card withdrawn.

Please help us to avoid such measures by co-operating with this request and help us to create an enjoyable experience for all of our fans.

We thank you for your support in helping us ensure a visit to the Etihad Stadium is a great experience.
