Buying tickets for other supporters

It is important to note that supporters wishing to sit together in a group can only purchase together when all Membership holders within the group are eligible to purchase in their own right with the requisite number of loyalty points.

In order for supporters to purchase match tickets together when purchasing online, they must all be connected via the ‘Friends & Family’ option. This will be displayed once a supporter has signed into their account.

To purchase tickets on behalf of other supporters, the buying supporter must be in possession of each of the respective supporter’s details at the time of booking and be prepared to answer a number of security questions relating to each of the card holders including date of birth and postcode.

Junior Membership holders

We appreciate that there may be a significant difference in loyalty points between junior supporters (under the age of 16) and their parent(s) or guardian(s). A limited allocation of tickets will be made available to City Kicks Platinum/Gold Members for purchase together with a qualifying adult Membership holder.

At the point where the adult qualifies, they can also purchase up to two junior tickets regardless of the junior’s loyalty point status. Please note, this option is only available to supporters purchasing over the phone and all juniors must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over)

Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available and all junior Members must then qualify in their own right to purchase a ticket.

The Club has received an allocation of 15 wheelchair spaces with provision for a free assistant.

The Clubs allocation of visually impaired and walking ambulant tickets for the Community Shield has now sold out. Visually impaired and walking ambulant supporters who qualify and wish to purchase tickets will now need to do so at the full prevailing rate for themselves and any assistants.

Disabled Platinum/Gold Members who require a wheelchair bay should telephone 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1) through to disabled tickets.

Visually impaired and walking ambulant supporters who meet all the necessary qualifying criteria should telephone 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2) through to match tickets.
