Tickets will be priced as follows:

Family Stand and South Stand Level 1 and Level 2

Adults: £35

16-21s / Over 65s: £25

Under 16s: £15

Disabled: £25

Colin Bell Stand and East Stand Level 1 and 3

Adults: £35

16-21s / Over 65s: £25

Under 16s: £15

Disabled: £25

Colin Bell Stand Level 2 and East Stand Level 2

Adults: £40

Supporters registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will receive a £5 reduction on the prices listed above.

Tickets will be available online at www.mcfc.co.uk/tickets, by telephone on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2)* and to personal callers at the Ticket Office above the City Store at the Etihad Stadium for supporters that meet the following criteria:

  • 2012/13 Platinum/Gold Members (not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) – Thursday 11th October at 9am.
  • 2012/13 Blue Members with Match Ticket Priority and existing purchase history – Saturday 13th October at 9am.
  • General Sale to supporters with existing purchase history –  Monday 15th October at 9am.

2012/13 Platinum and Gold Members who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

To qualify to purchase tickets during the General Sale period, supporters must have purchased a match ticket for, and attended, a game at the Etihad Stadium prior to the 1st September this season, or attended a match during any previous season. This excludes the purchase of Blue Membership in isolation or without a match ticket purchase.

*Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket and phone lines are open 24-hours, 7 days a week. No booking fee payable on tickets purchased online.

10 loyalty points will be awarded for attending this fixture. Platinum Members will receive 20 loyalty points.

Disabled supporters who meet the qualifying criteria and wish to purchase a ticket should contact Supporter Services on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1).  Should you wish to enquire about car parking, have any further questions or need advice, please contact our Disabled Liaison Officer, on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1) or email disabledtickets@mcfc.co.uk.

Please note: If a supporter number used is that of an adult, then only an adult ticket may be purchased.  This also applies to under 16s and over 65s.  It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access in to the stadium. 

If the supporter who originally purchased the ticket is no longer able to attend the match, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3) to discuss, and where appropriate, upgrade your ticket. Failure to upgrade your ticket before you attempt to enter the ground may result in a stadium ban.

Seat Relocations

Unfortunately, as a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to 2012/13 Platinum and Gold Members who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will not be available for home games in this competition. Areas impacted for the Group Stages of the Champions League are as follows:

East, South and Family Stands Level 1 – Rows A and B

Increased height of the perimeter advertising boards. Row C is also impacted in Block 105 of the East Stand.

Colin Bell Stand Level 1 – Block 126

UEFA requirement for an expanded technical area around the home and away dugouts.

Colin Bell Stand Level 2 – Block 222 & 223 (Rows A to G)

UEFA requirement for the Club to provide an allocation of ‘Category 1’ seating to the visiting club, located between the 16m lines. As a result, supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme who sit in Block 222, rows A to G, seats 635-636 will also be relocated as these seats will be used to improve the segregation line. 

Colin Bell Stand Level 3 – Block 326

UEFA requirement for an expanded television and media commentary area.

East Stand Level 2 – Blocks 204, 206 and 207

UEFA requirement for the Club to provide an allocation of ‘Category 1’ seats to UEFA and UEFA Champions League Partners.

East Stand Level 3 – Block 305, part of rows A, B and C

For supporters who have joined the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme and whose seasonal seat is located in any of the affected areas listed above, there is no need to contact the club. Upon receipt of your seat confirmation, should you wish to relocate to an alternative area of the stadium, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3).  Where there is a difference in price, this will be refunded or charged as appropriate.

All supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will have their seats processed before we go on sale to other supporters to ensure we can offer the best available seats.

To ensure supporters receive confirmation of their correct seat details, we strongly recommend that supporters register a valid email address with the Club. This can be done by signing in to (or registering) your account online here.

Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club only. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Persistent Standing:

To help continue improving the matchday experience for all supporters, we ask that you respect the club’s request to avoid persistent standing at all games. This is one of our biggest sources of complaints from your fellow supporters in all sections of the stadium.  We wish to make our matchdays as enjoyable an experience as possible for all of our fans and, as such, we request that you and fellow supporters remain in your seat for the majority of the match. Fans who breach these requests may be ejected from the stadium, and in some cases may have their membership card withdrawn. Please help us to avoid such measures by co-operating with this request and help us to create an enjoyable experience for all of our fans. We thank you for your support in helping us ensure a visit to the Etihad Stadium is a great experience.

Respect the Badge:

Manchester City Football Club prides itself on having the best fans in the country and we greatly appreciate your support in enforcing the code of conduct. You are purchasing tickets which are located in stands which seat home fans only.  We expect all supporters to behave in a manner appropriate to their surroundings.  This code must be adhered to.  Failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the Stadium.  For high profile games, such as local derbies or cup games, a zero tolerance policy will be in operation.

Prohibited Items:

The following items are not allowed to be brought in to the Etihad Stadium:

  • Golf umbrella or any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety.
  • Professional recording equipment (audio and visual).
  • Bags larger than A4 size.
  • Prams and pushchairs (these can be left at your own risk at the City@Home reception located at Gate 11 for collection after the match).

Smoking:

Please note that the entire Etihad Campus, including roadways, car parks and concourses, is smoke free.  The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. Manchester City Football Club operates a strict, no re-admission policy and there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the Stadium.

The Ticket Office and Supporter Services are open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm (closed Sunday & Bank Holiday). Both facilities will open on the day of all scheduled First Team home fixtures and Supporter Services will open for all scheduled First Team away fixtures until kick-off.
