Supporters are advised that tickets for our FA Cup home match against Watford have now sold out.

Hospitality is still available for this match, from £99 plus VAT.

Important information regarding stadium access

Manchester City Football Club are carrying out some service diversion works around the Etihad Stadium. The works will involve the diversion of services at the South of the stadium adjacent to Ashton New Road. 

Planning permission has been secured for this work and it will involve moving the existing green mesh fence further to the south and removing nine trees. The works are likely to take two months to complete. 

Every effort is being made to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum on a matchday, however we wanted to make you aware of a few changes that you need to bear in mind during this time, commencing this Saturday, 25 January for the City v Watford match.

Cup Scheme Failed Payments

Supporters on the FA Cup scheme who have yet to make payment for their ticket for this match are advised if your payment details have not been updated and payment has not been taken prior to the game on Saturday 25 January, your Seasoncard WILL NOT be activated. 

To avoid any issues, please ensure payment is made as soon as possible. Should you arrive on the night without making payment for your seat, you must first visit the Stadium Ticket Office to make payment. 

To avoid the anticipated long queues on the day, please ensure payment is made prior to arriving at the stadium otherwise we cannot guarantee you will be in before kick-off.

Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only. 

The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. 

The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Upgrades

It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access in to the stadium.  

If the supporter who originally purchased the ticket is no longer able to attend the match, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3) to discuss, and where appropriate, upgrade your ticket. You can also upgrade on the day by visiting the Stadium Ticket Office.  

Failure to upgrade your ticket before you attempt to enter the ground may result in a stadium ban.  We also advise all supporters to sit in the seat they have been allocated, failure to do so may result in further action being taken.

Ticket Collection

All home supporters who are collecting pre-purchased tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in BT City Square (behind the stage)

Supporters are strongly advised to collect their tickets at least 60 minutes before kick-off to avoid delays in getting into the Stadium. Supporters with queries relating to their Seasoncard or match ticket should also visit the Stadium Ticket Office.

Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from either the City@Home reception located by Gate 11, or from the East Stand reception. 

All guests will receive confirmation of their collection point by email. Should you have any questions regarding your collection point, you can contact a Matchday Hospitality representative by email at hospitality@mcfc.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2). 

Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.


City take on Sunderland in the Premier League in what will be a dress rehearsal for the Capital One Cup Final in March.

Can the Blues avenge the Stadium of Light defeat earlier this season? A night match under the lights at the Etihad and a preview of the forthcoming final - demand is expected to be high as Manuel Pellegrini's side attempt to continue their incredible run.
