City on Cole*:
Striker Devante Cole has been at the Academy since the days his father Andrew was banging in the goals for the first-team.
Cole has advanced all the way up to the Elite Development Squad ranks and is recognised as one of the best strikers of his age in the country - a fact reflected by his call-up to the England u18s squad in 2012.
Devante was selected by Manuel Pellegrini for the first-team pre-season tour of South Africa in July 2013 and made his debut against SuperSport United in Johannesburg.
From there, Cole continued his development with a series of influential displays through the 2013/14 season for Patrick Vieira's EDS.
Primarily playing from the wing, Devante contributed with a number of crucial goals in tight games.
In all, he scored 16 goals in 32 games at home and abroad in 2013/14.
Devante joined Barnsley on loan until January 2015 at the start of the 2014/15 season. He went on to become a big hit at Oakwell, playing 24 games and scoring nine goals.
He signed for MK Dons for the rest of the 2014/15 season in January 2015 and scored two goals on his debut.
In all, he appeared 15 times for the Buckinghamshire outfit and helped them gain promotion to the Championship.
